How much will it cost to ship my order?
- Free Shipping Threshold: Orders over $50 automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
- United States:Orders $0–$50: $4.99 shipping fee.
- International:Europe/Asia/Oceania: $8 shipping fee.South America/Middle East: $10 shipping fee.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes,we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Return&Refund
Do you offer return or refund?
It depends. All Sale Items cannot be returned or exchanged. Furthermore, due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals, select crystals will be final sale.
We generally offer returns for our bracelets, necklaces and most crystals (unless specified in Details on the product page or purchased during a sale/promotion) within 30 days of the date your package was delivered.
How do I start the return process?

2.Review & Instructions:
- Response Time: Our team will review your request within 1–3 business days.
- Return Details: If approved, you'll receive an email with the return address, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and any necessary shipping labels.
3.Ship Back the Item:
- Packaging: Use the original packaging and include your order information.
- Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a quality issue.
- Tracking: Retain your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.
Return Policy
We have a30-dayreturn policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Which hand should I wear the bracelet on?
According to the traditional principle of "left in, right out," it is recommended to wear crystals that attract wealth and good luck, such as citrine, green phantom, and rose quartz, on the left hand; while crystals that dispel negative energy, such as smoky quartz and clear quartz, can be worn on the right hand.
Is it suitable to wear during bathing?
Generally, it is common to remove jewelry during washing and bathing. Crystals are fragile and may be damaged by collisions or pull during the bathing process.
Can I wear crystals while sleeping?
Crystals need to rest and recover after absorbing negative energy from the body. It is advisable to remove them when sleeping and place them on a crystal cluster or on de-ionized crushed crystals.
Can others touch or wear my crystal bracelet?
If you believe in the spiritual properties of crystals, it is best not to let others touch or wear them casually, as it may affect their magnetic field.
Can I wear multiple crystal bracelets at the same time?
It is possible to wear multiple crystal bracelets, but pay attention to aesthetic coordination and the energy of the crystal magnetic fields.
